HypnoKids® Training will give you the skills to help children and adolescents process their emotions and learn how to better cope with stressful situations.
Hypnosis can help reduce feelings of homesickness, lessen the pain caused by bullying, help children overcome embarrassing incidents such as bed-wetting. It also can help to reduce fear of imaginary threats such as monsters under the bed, reduce stuttering, and break compulsive behaviors such as collecting.
It can also be a powerful tool for overcoming test anxiety and learning blockages. Hypnosis also is used to address deep pain after major life changes such as divorce or the death of a loved one, and to address internalized pain such as self-harm or depression.
By completing this training, you will be able to provide a great deal of help to young people so that they can have hope and confidence in their future.
